Returns and Refunds Policy

If you would like to arrange the return of a product(s) purchased from padfieldengland.com, please contact us within 14 days of the original delivery date to request a return authorisation number. The product must be returned in an unused, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging (including the Padfield fabric dust bag, cards and gift box). To arrange the return please email [email protected] with the order number and reason for return.
Please note that monogrammed orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
For Christmas shopping our returns period has been extended. Any purchases made from 1st December will be valid for return up until 14th January 2020. Please contact us by no later than 14th January 2020 to arrange your return.
Padfield offers free returns on all UK orders. Once your return has been authorised, we will send a returns label and courier contact details. Please use this label to arrange the return of the product. Please do not send returns by any other service or means. Padfield cannot be held liable or responsible if product(s) sent using a different service results in loss or damaged to the product(s). The return will not be accepted if it arrives more than 14 days after the returns label has been issued to you.
Rest of World Returns
If you are requesting a return from outside of the UK please arrange the return via a secure trackable service. The return sender is responsible for arranging the return, covering the cost of returning the item and will be responsible for any damages or loss to the parcel. Once the return has been accepted and processed we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. The time is takes for the return to processed cannot be guaranteed by Padfield as this is subject to the relevant card issuers processing time.
Padfield does not offer product exchanges. To change a product please request a return and proceed with a new purchase as desired.
In the unlikely event that a Padfield product is faulty. Please send a photograph with a description of the fault to [email protected] Once we have reviewed the issue, Padfield reserves the right to determine whether to repair, replacement or refund the product, at no cost to the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
