Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Padfield offers free shipping on all orders. A summary of which can be seen below.

UK Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT/BST Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT/BST Monday to Friday will be despatched the following working day; orders placed after 14:00 GMT/BST on Fridays will be despatched the following Monday.

Shipping Confirmation, Order Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Deliveries are made between 08:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday. A signature will be required to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your order.

Padfield does not ship to Parcel Motels, P.O. addresses, Armed Forces addresses or hotels. If you are in London and would like to arrange a delivery to your London hotel please email: [email protected] and include London Hotel Delivery in the subject line. 

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If for any reason we are unable to ship your order we will contact you to offer a full refund and explanation.

Pre-Christmas Delivery Dates

To ensure your Padfield gifts reach you in time for Christmas, our last dates for delivery* are:

  • United Kingdom: Sunday 22nd December, order before 12:00 UK time
  • United States, Canada and South America: Wednesday 18th December order before 12:00 UK time
  • ROW: Sunday 15th December, order before 12:00 UK time

For personalisation please factor in an additional three days lead time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

When ordering from for delivery outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the country of delivery. Padfield has no control over these import duties and tax charges, as such these charges along with any additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of you the customer. These charges vary from country to country and if you wish to determine these prior to ordering please contact your local customs office for more information.

Damages and Loss 

All Padfield goods remain the property of Padfield until they are paid for in full and delivered. Padfield cannot be held liable for any goods damaged or lost once our courier has made the delivery. If your order has not been delivered please contact us within 48 hours to notify us, so that we can work with our courier service to locate and deliver your parcel.

If your Padfield accessory arrives damaged, please keep all packaging. Please immediately notify us by email, including photographs of the packaging and the damaged accessory to [email protected] We will be in contact within 24 hours to assess the damage and to work with you to determine whether an exchange is required. Without proof of the damaged packaging and item, Padfield cannot be held liable for any damages.
